Serenity Striders

Our run club is a supportive and social group, open to all abilities. The sessions follow a 5k route, designed to help participants move together, build confidence, and stay motivated through the encouragement of running as part of a group. 


The club meets at the studio at 9:30am on Saturday mornings. Booking is required, and the sessions are completely free to attend.

The Pilates Brunch Club

We have teamed up with The Peppermill Bar & Kitchen in Buntingford to create The Pilates Brunch Club. This is a ticketed event and our debut will be taking place on Saturday 28th February. Keep an eye on our Instagram page, and app, for information on booking. The tickets will include a Reformer Pilates class followed by a brunch meal, hot drink and cocktail at The Peppermill.

 1-2-1’s or Pairs Sessions

Our 1–2–1 and pairs Reformer Pilates sessions offer a highly personalised experience designed to support your individual goals. With dedicated attention from your instructor, each session is tailored to your body, your pace, and the areas you want to strengthen or improve. Whether you’re working on building core strength, enhancing mobility, improving posture, or recovering from injury, these private sessions provide the space and focus you need to progress confidently and safely.


Training alone or with a partner creates a calm, motivating environment where you can refine technique, deepen your understanding of each movement, and enjoy a truly bespoke approach to Pilates. It’s an ideal option for those looking for targeted support, consistent guidance, and noticeable results.
