Chief Happiness Officer
Luna
The real boss of Serenity. Responsible for greeting clients, supervising the studio and making sure nobody gets through the door without a thorough sniff inspection. Specialist skills include boosting team morale, providing emotional support, sleeping on the job and appearing instantly whenever food is involved. When not carrying out important studio duties, she can usually be found demanding attention, looking for treats or carefully monitoring Pilates sessions without actually taking part. Qualifications: Zero. Experience: Questionable. Customer service: Excellent. Attendance record: Better than most of the team. Salary: Paid entirely in treats and belly rubs. 🐾

Co-Founder & Pilates Instructor
Hollie
I’m one of the founders and instructors here at Serenity. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates and have a passion for helping people connect with movement in a way that feels natural and empowering. My goal is to build a strong, supportive community at Serenity — a space where everyone feels welcome and included. Outside the studio, I enjoy Pilates, CrossFit, travelling, live music, socialising, and long walks with my dog Luna — who you’ll often spot relaxing in the coffee shop!

Co-Founder
Sam
Hi, I’m Sam, the co-founder of Serenity Pilates and Wellness Studio. While I won’t be teaching classes, you can often find me working behind the scenes, ensuring that our studio runs smoothly. When we open, you’ll also catch me spending time at our café, where I am looking forward to connecting with our community over a cup of coffee. Outside of the studio, my hobbies include going to the gym, experiencing different cultures around the world, and walks with my dog. I’m excited to be a part of this journey and can’t wait to see our community thrive!

Pilates Instructor
Nicola
Hi, I’m Nicola, a passionate Pilates instructor whose journey began in 2010 after the birth of my first son. I discovered Pilates as a way to find my own space, and in 2021, I qualified under Joanne Cobbe of JPilates. I have specialised training in reformer, barre, barrels, and Wunda chair, so you can be sure my classes are designed for everybody. I’m also qualified in pre and post-natal Pilates and have experience working with clients with various injuries. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all abilities. Challenge yourself in my classes and share my passion for Pilates!

Pilates Instructor
Sarah
I’m Sarah and I am a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, experienced Personal Trainer and qualified Reformer Instructor with over ten years in the fitness industry. As a mum of two, I understand how important it is to find balance and build both physical and mental strength that supports everyday life. I combine my love of movement with a focused coaching style, helping my clients to feel confident, capable, and connected in their bodies. I’m always learning and upskilling, so that I can bring fresh knowledge and energy to my sessions.

Pilates Instructor
Natalie
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellbeing and been lucky enough to work and travel around the world meeting a diverse range of people and visiting some amazing places, training as a reflexologist and Pilates teacher in mat and studio equipment. Over the last 13 years I have trained with BASI and Body Control Pilates, Pink Ribbon breast cancer programme, Level 4 Exercise and Cancer Rehabilitation, Level 4 Lower Back Pain, and Neurological disorders. Exploring further ways to help people holistically improve their health, I discovered the amazing power of Acupuncture. Following three and a half years full time study, at the Integrated College of Chinese Medicine (CICM) I achieved a bachelor’s degree, and Licence to practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture. I have since undertaken more studies in muscular skeletal conditions and the NADA protocol which is an ear acupuncture system effective in treating stress, anxiety and addictions, and am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

Pilates Instructor
Kirsty
Hi, I’m Kirsty — a fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor, currently completing my Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma with London Pilates Academy. Movement has become a non-negotiable in my life — it’s something I rely on not just for physical strength, but for mental clarity and balance too. After years of gym memberships and personal training sessions, I found my passion in Reformer Pilates. I was drawn to its strong sense of community and its adaptability for all levels. It’s a full-body experience that challenges and supports you in equal measure, helping you build strength while creating a deeper connection between mind and body. My classes are flowy, creative, and accessible, designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence — all while enjoying the process…mostly lying on a bed! What’s not to love!

Hi Everyone! I’m Charlotte, A Level 3 Diploma qualified mat and Reformer Pilates instructor who you may already recognise as a leader of Serenity Striders Run Club. I’ll be teaching classes alongside my full time job at Virgin, and my other side hustle as a Wellness and Lifestyle Content Creator. Barista
Harriet
Hi everyone, I’m Harriet! I’m one of the baristas here at Serenity, so you’ll usually find me making your favourite coffees and matcha's. My favourite part of the job is getting to chat with everyone. I can (and probably will) talk to anyone about anything. When I’m not at work, I’m usually staying active or planning my next adventure. Next year I’m hoping to swap the coffee machine to a backpack and head off travelling again. I definitely caught the travel bug the first time around! Come and say hi next time you’re in. I’ll have your coffee ready and probably a conversation too!

Spinners Club Leader
Diane
My love of cycling started 15 years ago, when my mum entered me into the London to Cambridge cycle ride as a challenge. Little did I know at the time quite where that challenge would take me! Since then, cycling has given me some incredible experiences. I completed RideLondon 100, cycled to Amsterdam for a mini break, and in 2014 took on London to Paris in just 24 hours. Over the last few years, I’ve also ventured into the world of triathlon, taking part in various distances right up to half Ironman distance. Last year, I finally ticked off one of the biggest challenges on my bucket list: cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats, covering more than 925 miles in just nine and a half days. It was an experience I’ll never forget. For me, cycling isn’t just about how far or how fast you can ride. It’s about getting outside, challenging yourself, enjoying the journey and sharing it with other people. That’s exactly the spirit I’m excited to bring to Serenity Spinners. It’s a friendly ride where we’ll move together, enjoy the countryside and, most importantly, make sure nobody gets left behind.
